Which windows to i need to install on this components

Hi guys,
I dont know on what thred do i need to put this question but i will ask it here..

So i am planning to install a windows but i dont know which windows is the best for me so please help me
I am usually playing games like League of Legends,Minecraft,CS go,far cry 3 etc. so here are my components to tell me what windows do i need

Intel pentium G2010
G skill 1x4gb ram
ati radeon hd 3850
hdd 1tb WD blue
AsRock B75M-DGS

And yes can you tell me what drivers,programs etc. do i need to install cuz i only have some cd which i got from motherboard

Any windows would do, though we recommend either windows 7 or windows 8.1.

Then you'll need graphics drives which you can download from AMD's website.

The other drivers you need should be updated when you run windows update.

For antivirus, use Windows Defender and Malwarebytes. Both are free, and should be run once a week.

Yea i tried on windows 8.1 to download from amd website drivers for my graphics card but there was an error so i tried to play minecraft and then i got error drivers didnt installed and on some videos like yt,fb it was just black screen on that video

I dont know what to do so..?

yea i tried that too but now i know that windows 8.1 works on older versions of my graphics card cuz my friend have one so i really dont know what the problem is??

Did you install the drivers for this too? First the chipset drivers after that the other ones.
