I was to buy a fast computer but got very ill and so I couldnt buy it. I have recovered quite now but I cant delay buying the computer, so I cant wait for broadwell or skylake. The computer I am going to buy is within 2-4 days. I have researched many parts and just want your expert opinions on some parts before finalizing the configuration.

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:I use my computer for HEAVY MULTITASKING - heavy browsing 2-4 FIREFOX (2-4 instances of firefox portable) opened with 50+ tabs EACH + google chrome 1 instance (chrome portable) + some softwares launched like kingsoft writer (office alternative) + virtual machines 1-2 opened up at some times (linuxelementary etc.) , 1 vm opened up at all times. Though I would like to go on with medium encoding (encoding is medium now) + minor to medium gaming in near use of this pc. No photoshop to be used. some other softwares too opened up all times. pc used for long hours.
2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: RS 70,000+ ( 1 US$ = RS 62 ) but can extend to more too if quite better performance configuration is there. please note the following. BUDGET - I can spend as much for the config for my need told above like between 70,000 to more, but would like to cut extravagancy, but also want best parts to cover my usage. And I want to be future proof for upto medium encoding and gaming. Heavy multitasking I do currently - remember - 4 browsers opened with 50+ tabs each, vms, softwares. Add the near future encoding and gaming to it (medium both)
3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: yes (before it was not to oc, but now its to oc)
4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: windows 7, and windows 8/10. 64 bit.
Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: near delhi. but would buy either from online or a nearby assembler.
Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Some parts I have decided and some parts need your expert guidance - please give your opinion to me for fast buying with 2-4 days to be bought.
CPU - Intel core i7 4790K. only this. but also tell me what is price of a 6 core xeon ? I will not prefer xeon though but just want to know price (also 5820k is very expensive, so tell me price of xeon with inbuilt igpu 6 core)
mobo - asrockextreme6. please dont tell other.
also is there a x99 mobo that has good graphics too ?
MEMORY - 16GB DDR3, and it should be very good and if some priced higher ram makes quite some difference, please tell its model too with price. also tell me whether dual channel is better or 4channel, although I would like to buy 2 8gb sticks, so that I can add more later in the 4 slots. 1600 mhz is a minimum, though tell me if there will be any advantage of higher freq ram.

Please tell me this that the usb3.0 front port can be added to front of a cabinet which has only usb2 ports front header, although the mobo I buy will have front usb3.0 ? and what cost ?
GPU - will a gpu fasten encoding very much. tell please.
is intel inbuilt igpu's quick sync much better for encoding than a external gpu?
COOLER - I will buy hyper 212 but will if I buy this then I will able to use corsaircx430 if I dont oc too much.
I want to use corsaircx430 and will not oc much. please tell me if its ok and also because I will buy a cooler.

The best way to import parts from us to india. the price in us are less + many parts available there are not available in india as. I can pay for the tax + etc but the part available there are of interest to me. I want that item ship fast and reaching my location without my tension for any custom clearance or etc. Even if cost is a bit high but I want foolproof reliability of delivery and quite fast too.
When will broadwell launch (I mean when will one be able to buy broadwell COREi7 AND AT WHAT PRICE). Though I will buy it only later and cant wait now
