OK, so I was just browsing the net, I had just finished playing DayZ Standalone if that's got to do something with the problem, and I just realized, even in-game with such a demanding game, I didn't hear my fans at all. So I open up HwInfo64 which I heard was a really nice program for fan control and temps. So, I go to my fan's section and it was at zero RPM. (Please note that I kinda know what I'm doing, I really like computers and that's what I want for my profession so I know some things too)So, my fan was at zero RPM, and so I went and put it like between my minimum and maximum fan speeds and now its all fine and smooth even in game it doesn't go more than 60C, but the thing I don't know, is WHY it happened, IF it will happen again and how to prevent it from doing it anymore.

Thanks, Nick

By default, the fan will only turn on when its hot. I think you went into "manual" fan mode, the problem is that if the temperature gets really hot, the auto fan would probably get it to run fast but now it will only run at the speed you set it at. Just so u understand this means that if you have a really high temperature setting your fan between the minimum and the maximum may not be enough. I would leave it to auto mode if the heat isnt a problem.
