Sapphire r9 270x omega 14.12 temp

This is my first amd gpu. With 14.12 omega driver I am getting 44°C idle temp and 72-79°C when gaming. This is for witcher 3 and Heaven benchmark 4.0. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

my cpu specs

amd fx 6300 (not overclocked)
8gb ddr3 ram
sapphire r9 270x 2gb dual-x
600w gpu

just let me know the safe temperature for this gpu with "OMEGA DRIVER"

Then the idle temps seems fine then. You are fine with your temperatures for your card.

ambient temperature here about 35 C and I am not running that much back ground apps. So I am good or should I call for replacement?

I have done the wire management and temp is now 41°C. I am thinking of cutting a hole in top of my cabinet to add one more 120mm fan (my cabinate is CM k281)

One more thing mate, as this one is my first amd card and I found that the card is really stressing itself running a game..
in fifa 15 over 90% but the max temp I got 70°C
Witcher 3 99% stressed (not always) max temp 79°C
with the 15.5 beta version

is this normal for amd cards??

Yes. Graphic cards are fine running at 80C. They can handle higher temps.
