Will this ram work in my Dell Optiplex 740?

If your system is in the link below, then that module are fine. Your board required DDR2-667 or DDR2-800. Those DDR2-800 modules should be fine. Never heard of Hafeez Center memory, but as long as it tests fine you will be good to go. You can test it by visiting the www.memtest86.com web site, download the latest ISO, burn the ISO to a disk, boot to the disk and let it make three passes testing the memory (instructions on their web site).
