Looking for just a simple efficient gaming pc build for around 400 bucksthat will be able to run games like league of legends on highest settings and possibly newer games on normal-lowest settings. Thanks If you can help me! Oh yeah and and newegg only please!

Solution
Hmm 400 is pretty low, and newegg prices are usually higher then the average.

I would start looking at some OEM PCs that you can add a cheap video card to.

But if you insist:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD A6-7400K 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($66.98 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: ASRock FM2A88M PRO3+ Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard ($58.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory ($59.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Rosewill FBM-02 MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($21.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 400W...
Well 400 isn't much to work with and that don't include your os because that could be close to another 100 bucks now settings on high isn't going to be possible maybe medium at best depending what you want if the gpu is a card or on the cpu ... You could go with a g3258 dual core intel with intel gpu and a cheap board maybe 4 gig ram small hard drive cheap case and a cheap power supply.
Have you used pcpartspicker and start there?

Here, this should do you well.

The PSU also gives you room to add a GPU in the future. The CPU's integrated graphics will be sufficient for high settings on LoL 60+ FPS, 1080p.

And for the newer games, you will probably run it on low/medium at maybe 40+ FPS.

I think he only needs the computer itself, or else he would've asked for OS and keyboard. etc
