Hello everyone, I am trying to do a complete reset on my windows 8 machine. Everytime i try to perform the full reset, I receive an error that says "cannot find the recovery environment" and "Insert your windows installation or recovery media, and restart the PC with your media". I have no clue what this means and what i can do about. I need some expertise from an avid Windows technician. HELP!!
