I built my computer one year ago and I am now having problems trying to use my computer. When i play any game my computer will either freeze the screen, or will black screen and my computer stays on, forcing me to hard start. i uninstalled windows and reinstalled windows 8 and i had no problem for three days, but now my computer is starting to freeze and black screen. I notice when i start my pc i see three red lights beep once on my motherboard( ASUSTeK M5A99FX PRO R2.0).

My specs:
M5A99FX PRO R2.0 - Mother Board
AMD FX-8350 Eight-Core - CPU
GeForce GTX 650 Ti 2gb - GPU
Corsair Vengeance 8GB x1 - RAM
Corsair H100i - liquid cooling
Corsair HX1000W- Modular Power Supply

Can anybody please help me out

Solution
maybe try swapping the GPU with another one,try lending one from a friend and reseat the RAM stick into a different slot.
It looks like its either a GPU problem, usually it indicates that its dying or just a RAM problem

I get that problem when my R9 270X died on me just after 5 months lol :/

1 do a health check on your hard drive. You can download the software at the manufactures site do a google search.
2 move your memory to another slot.
3 borrow a video card from a friend and try his not a AMD card because that would cause driver problems.
4 look for the dump file. (again google how to find it with windows 8)

i borrowed my friends nvidia graphics card and my pc still crashed. when my pc crashed, my motherboard flashed 3 red lights one next to ram, one next to psu, and one next to gpu. could this be a psu problem?

i took my video card out and put it in a new slot, and there is a constant red light on my motherboard, but this time it takes much longer for my pc to crash. does this mean my motherboard is fried, or not getting enough power, or is the psu broken? should i replace all connectors on my motherboard?
