Hey everyone thanks in advance to all those that reply and try to help me. I recently built a pc and it constantly crashes out of gta 5 and often times blue screens afterwords.
I have windows 8.1
blue screens are often met with DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (nlvddmkm.sys)
and my event log is filled with errors but the most common are nlvddmkm.sys stop responding and has recovered and event 41 kernel-power. the event 41 kernel-power accounts for something like 13-16 critical errors i've tested with a different power supply and i have my PC and monitors on different power strips since there max amps are 15 and the PSU i think is 6-12 amps
Im not sure how much hardware information you guys need some im just going to list the things i think that matter and will give you information you ask for if you need it to assist me.

My buddy that has more pc knowledge than me believes the GPU is defective but i don't have a
backup card to use in the mean time so i want to exhaust all options before i RMA the card and he admitted that he couldn't fully view my dump files from the BSOD because he was using a laptop with windows vista from work.
if you need any additional information please ask and i'll respond asap
