Help me upgrade my old stock pc please

Solution
I looked at your specs... you have many parts you would have to upgrade. The stock RAM is 1GB and the stock power supply is 250W... that is something that you should address first...

I can understand wanting to spruce up an old system a bit... that particular card needs about 300-350W PSU so you will need to add that to your list... then YES, you can add some extra life to that computer. If you aren't a power user then there's no need or rush to get a brand new system at this time.

So to Recap: You need about a 400W PSU and add about 2GB of extra RAM to your list to bring you to about 3GB of RAM total... then you'll be good to go... If you have the budget, I would add another hard drive... but that's optional. Don't worry...

Don't worry about the other comment about it being too old or not worth it... because for all anyone knows.. this could be a spare computer you're trying to upgrade for your grandkids or something... it's not for us to judge, right?

Hope I gave you enough info...
