Hi So I've just built my computer today and I've all Windows updates installed and have installed the USB 3.0 driver for my motherboard.
When trying to copy anything from my external hard driver to the computer via the USB 3.0 ports, it will start for a split second and then drop to 0 bytes/s, then disconnect and reconnect again. It does this EVERY TIME. I thought at first it might be the external hard drive but it's not as it works perfect on the USB 2.0 ports. I have tried re-installing the driver and I used the driver from Asus' website and not the CD obviously. Even if I play a song from the external hard drive, it stops and plays every few seconds. It's weird, have not had this issue before so anyone with some advice or knowledge of this, please help me out! Thanks
I have an Asus H81I-Plus with a Thermaltake Core V1 case.
