Just as the title says, my steam download are tanking well below 50 KB/s, sometimes even under 10 kb and will stay under 10 for hours. I have changed my download region to literally every single one avaliable. Here is my speedtest surely I should be getting higher downloads. My friends all can download at higher speeds. This is driving me absolutely crazy as it conisdes with the release of a big dota 2 update. I'm honestly completely beaten and can't think of anything to do, can you guys?

Are you sure it's not just DOTA? Does this happen with other games as well?
Since it's happening when there's a patch for the game, and considering the amount of people that play it (and thus download the patch), it wouldn't surprise me.
