Camera won't turn on its not batteries I had it plugged into labtop I took out memory card after a min I put it back in tried to turn on camera and it won't turn on

See if it works without the card, maybe you inserted it wrong or it's causing an issue. Try a different card also.
If it does not work no matter what you try, including new batteries, you need to get it serviced or replaced.
