Examine my PCpartpicker build. Am I ready to place my order?

Hello all, I appreciate your time.

I am nearly ready to purchase my new build. I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to hardware, but I have been saving for a long time and I believe I am ready to make my purchase. I use my computer for many hours (10+ a day) for gaming, video editing, photoshop, etc. I would appreciate any tips or part suggestions or problems that you see with my build. I do not plan on OC'ing anything.

I've done a lot of research over the last 2 months, but I am still puzzled by a few things. I really want to get this right the very first time if possible.

My biggest concern is the Noctura fan blocking the first PCI-E slot and then I heard the 2nd slot on the 5820k only has 12 lanes compared to the 16 lanes of the first slot? I am not sure if that makes sense. Lost here

Another concern, my case comes with 2 fans I believe. Do I need to add anymore fans to my build?

Any other suggestions are welcome.

Thank you very much for your time.

When a 5820K is installed normally most boards go to 16x,8x,4x in Slots 1,2, and 3 4th disabled (normally the slots are on the board from top to bottom 1,4,2,3)
Update Looks like the Deluxe is a bit different and changes lanes based on if expansion slots are being used, 3 x PCIe 3.0/2.0 x16 (x16, x16/x8, x8/x8/x8)
As for case fans, getting a second intake fan to keep the case positively pressurized is a good Idea.
The 1000W PSU is over kill unless you want to SLI the 980Ti down the track.
Also you can get away with a cheaper motherboard, the Deluxe is great, but if it has a lot of things you don't need or won't use you can save some money there. (ie. it has two m.2 SSD slots, if you never plan on using m.2 SSD's it's a waste, though a lot of 2011-v3 come with one or two of these slots).

As for the NH-D15, I've used a NH-D14 on a older LGA-2011 and there is no clearance issues with that one and the PCIe slots, I doubt they would have stuffed up on the newer NH-D15.

Can you suggest a second "intake fan"? My knowledge lacks in hardware.

I may SLI one day, for now I just prefer stability. I don't mind spending a bit extra on the PSU.

Are you saying the D15 will allow my GTX 980 Ti to fit in the first slot? I see you have a 5820k, what is your cooling method?
Do I lose performance if my GTX 980 Ti has to be placed in the 2nd slot instead of the first?

The Fractal Design Kelvin S24 is a AIO liquid CPU cooler, it can be expanded to go onto other parts like GPU's just like the Swiftech coolers.
I would think that the D15 will be find and let you get a GPU in the first PCIe lane, this is a key point for the makers of these CPU coolers, it would be not be bought if it severely limited the users.
If you want to keep the look that same Fractal Design sell the fans they use in their cases, just get a matching one. Or you can get something like the Phanteks ones or Noctua as they make some of the best ones.

As for stable PSU's look at the EVGA G2's and P2's, amazing ten year warranty and are extremely good quality http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220p21000xr

That would be all cards, if they make them any wider like one of the Zotac GTX980Ti's that is 3 slot wide it is always in the one direction, in a normal orientation that is down.
