Intel or AMD for streaming League of legends and CS:GO on a budget

I have been thinking but i am stuck between which build is better for streaming League of Legends and CS:GO. I have come up with two builds but I have no idea which one is better, I am on a strict budget (500eur). I have heard, that for streaming I need a good CPU, I can get a 7770 for 50 eur from my friend, so that leaves me with the rest of the build. I do not plan on upgrading any time soon.

AMD build: CPU FX8320 (was planing to overclock, so it would be as strong as the 8350) 164.42€

I wouldn't trust that PSU. If i were you, i would get a quality ones from the likes of Seasonic, Corsair, Antec, or EVGA. I had to learn the hard way for this.
Secondly, you don't need that Z97 motherboard as you won't be overclocking the locked 4460. You can get a H97 motherboard

I have heard that the AMD cpu is old and has problems with OBS (Can stream on OBS for only 25 FPS) That is why i think intel might be better
