Hi,this build has about 6months,and it contains:
Power: HPC-500-G12S
GPU: Ati R7 260oc 128bit 1gb gddr5
CPU: Amd fx 6300 x6 3.5ghz
HDD: toshiba 500gb 7200rpm
Motherboard: Asrock 980DE3/U3S3
RAM: Corsair DDR3 2 x 4096MB 1600MHz CL11 ValueSelect x2
Just changed the basic cpu cooler to CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 EVO also.

The thing is that it doesnt get overheated, because i would of gotten a bluescreen or would of been hotter, the case interiors,i don't have walls on my case.

So,on dota 2 for example,i play about 15 minutes and it completly shuts down witouth a warning or anything, and the second thing is that the pc doesnt always start when i push the Power button on my case, even tough i hear the fans starting, and see them work.
The power supply is old,i have for about 5 years or so but i didnt change it,hoping it works fine.
I lowered the voltage on my cpu and disabled the turbo option.
What should i do,am i right? is it the power supply?

i'm glad i see more people blaming the power supply. Yeah it cost me a lot back then and i tought it would still work, would it be posible for the power sup to be good, but provide not enough voltage?

If you are not getting enough voltage , then how can you say your power supply is good..

it does,it's not overheating, not only because i don't get a bluescreen, but also, after it shuts down maximum 2 times,i can continue another 40minutes or more of playing witouth any problem. Also i mentioned i don't have a stock cooler, but a CoolerMaster Hyper TX3 EVO with 3 heatpipes

while upgrading the cpu cooler did you correctly apply the thermal paste? ( if it is an overheating problem )
would you mind downloading this cpu stresser and watch the temps.
then post the temperatures just before the pc shuts off.
