Dell Latitude E7440 turns off after 3 seconds

I disassembled my laptop to clean the dust and after putting it back together it no longer boots up. All the plugs are connected to the motherboard, but when I push the power button only the power LED lights up and all the other LEDs that normally light up stay off, then it shuts down after 3 seconds, and nothing shows up on the display.

Mobo's toast. Dealt with dead 7440's all the time last year. 12 bad motherboards in 8 months on a company refresh. They die if you even look at them funny. Contact Dell support if you're under warranty.
