2.1 speaker configuration

Hi, I need some help about 2.1 speaker configuration.
Today i bought a new Creative A120 2.1 Ch speakers, but after connecting it i only get sound from Right speaker & Sub-Woofer, when i reversed connection of left & right now i get sound in left speaker & Sub-Woofer.

When i tried to configure settings in control panel - sound - playback - speakers - there 2.1 ch is not available, only stereo, quadraphonic & 5.1 ch is available.

Please anyone help me? How to get sound in both left & right speakers plus sub-woofer?

did you match the right colour? green and blue can be a little bit tricky :D
anyhow, you need to jack in the sub into the central/front - orange, and the l/r into the light green jack...
depending on your drivers, it will show on screen and ask you what you plugged in.

afterwards it will probably show you the correct option...

I've matched the right color. But still i had same problem.
Found the solution from sevenforums.
Deleted realtek audio drivers, selected stereo in control panel - sound - playback - speakers now everything is fine.
