Hello, I'm doing some research on pc parts so I'll be ready when it's finally time to build my pc and one of the constant doubts I have is with the motherboard.

I found a mobo called ASrock 970M PRO3, which is a microatx board that seems to have come out only recently. I think it is very well priced for the features it offers, but being such a new board with not a lot of reviews and only having 1 year of manufacturer's warranty worries me.

But then I saw the Biostar TA970 that is very cheap that has a lot of reviews and 3 eggs on newegg but has 3 year manufacturer's warranty when the - not as cheap - ASrock mobo doesn't.

So I've been trying to do some more research and still wasn't able to decide on one of these or others as the best choice. The Biostar only has a 4pin CPU power connector, the ASrock one says on their website to use a downward blowing cpu cooler if using a 125w CPU, all of them seem to only have 4 + 1 power design (which I don't really understand but gets me a little worried)

I'm planning on OCing the fx 8320 to 4.0ghz and using a Hyper T4 / Hyper 212 Evo as the cpu cooler. I will be using a Gtx 760 with it on a Mid tower case with a 600w power supply. The pc will be used mainly for regular Web browsing and Netflix etc, Light/Medium video editing and some casual gaming. I will not be doing SLI or Crossfire in the future, will not OC more than 4.0ghz (only doing it so I will get 8350 performance without having to pay extra) and I would like to spend less than 100 dollars on the Mobo.

So any other suggestions for other mobos around the 100 dollar mark after tax and shipping would be great, also if you have experience with Biostar's or ASrock's mobos I would also like to know how you feel about it, if they're good or not etc.

Thank you so much for reading this far and I'm sorry it was so long. Thanks

Thank you for your quick reply!

I appreciate your suggestions but they are a little over budget, do I really need to get a 8+2 Power Phase Design to run this CPU or would the 4+1 be just fine? Like I said, my OC is only going to be to stock 8350. If they are that important, what about this Gigabyte one: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-ga970aud3p

Should I really sprint towards a mobo with the 990 chipset? Is it more reliable? Also I noticed a lot of the 970 chipset boards have 4+1 phase, if it is that bad and has bad power delivery to 8 core cpus, why did they even make those? Which is more important, power phase or VRM cooling? What if I don't OC the 8320, would I be able to use a cheaper 4+1 design?

I hope I don't sound rude, I really appreciate your help with this and I know I have so many questions :??:
