Hello,
I updated my BIOS to find out that my PC couldn't restart properly anymore. When I select "Restart", windows does shut down, however the tower keeps running. I tried going back to the previous BIOS that was working fine, however I still have the same problem. This same problem also happens after I exit the BIOS settings. After exiting the BIOS, the fans ramp to full speed and windows does not boot. Shutting down the PC and starting the PC up normally work fine. I am almost sure there's something wrong in the BIOS. Help would be greatly appreciated
