I'm having trouble picking the right size power supply for this setup also would be interested in some good case fans for the NZXT 410.

Any ATX power supply will work - you have an ATX case. If by "size" you mean wattage 550W and higher will be sufficient. I recommend the XFX TS 550W power supply. Going a bit higher also never hurts if you are doing heavy overclocking. I also recommend you get a Z97 motherboard - Z87 is the older type.

So going a little higher on watts wont hurt anyting?

Nope it will be just fine. For the motherboard I agree with turkey get a Z97 board heres a couple good options that cost less(and imho are better than the asrock).
