gpu: Gigabyte Gtx 970 G1 (oc)
cpu: Intel i7 4790K (oc)
case: NZXT H440 White
ssd: Samsung 250GB
ram: Kingston HyperX Fury (2x8GB) 1866Hz White
psu: Evga Supernova G2 850W Gold
cpu cooler: Thermalright True Spirit 140 Power
mobo: Asus Z97-A
os: Windows 8.1 pro
hdd: Seagate 2TB
display: Aoc 2450w (at the moment, planing new one)

This build is made for future SLI (in a year or when fps starts to drop). Also at the moment I own 1080p 60Hz monitor. Should I buy 1080p 144Hz or 1440p for gaming?

Anyone have experiance with airflow/cooling performance, options and solutions for NZXT H440? I don't want high temperatures in my case, neither am planing to use watercooling in near future.
This case has 3 fans in front and 1 in the back with option for 2 on top which I should buy right away right? So, can this case with all them fans aswell as with Thermalright True Spirit 140 Power cpu cooler, handle gaming temperatures with overcloocked cpu and SLI in the future aswell (2x gtx 970) ?

Is Asus Z97-A solid mobo for SLI gaming?

Thank you for all the anwsers,

completely OVERKILL for 1080p, so I suggest a 1440p monitor with this build.

You're spending way to much on motherboard...
also a watercooler could be gotten for the price of your air cooler.
Samsung SSD would be better.
The S340 is basicaly the h440 but cheaper
