I have degraded the internet explorer version from IE 11 to IE 8 then again i am trying to install IE 11 in windows 7. I am ending up with the "Internet Explorer did not finish installing" message and i have tried in windows updates also no luck. i have tried everything such as disable the fire wall ,safe mode still its fails can someone help me??
