Best graphic card under Rs.18000

Hello Everyone

I want to buy a graphic card and i waited almost 1 & half month for amd release but i am disappointed with the cards i am going with gtx 960 over r9 380(which i was really looking forward to buy) but due to tdp, temp and lack of innovation in new amd card i am going over to gtx 960.
Is there any other graphic card i should consider in this price range??

R9 380 is essentially a rebadged higher clocked r9 285 with 2GB and 4GB version, just like the 960. Despite 'lack of innovation', it will still be on par with the 960, like its predecessors the r9 280, 280x and 285. The r9 380 emergence should drive down the r9 280 series in a few weeks, so that would be nice to consider.

It's funny how innovation could not get the 960 much more fps than a hd7950 rebrand, just better power efficiency.
