Gtx 650 ti boost or gtx 750 ti for Pentium g3258? I will play some games like BF4, BFH, CSGO, GTA V, Project Cars, and some upcoming games like Star Wars Battlefront, Need for speed, Rainbow Six Siege.
Now days, most of the games demand a higher VRAM, remember, to play smooth games you need high frequency RAM and a GPU with more than 2GB RAM clocked at 192bit or higher...
If you run 1866mhz or above RAM & GPU ( 192bit or above with more than 2GB RAM you should be able to play most of the games on Ultra... ) Of course, a good CPU and a monitor will be the cherry on the cake

Seems like they're about neck-and-neck. In BF4, both of them at Medium or lower will be well able to exceed 60FPS@1080p.
A better choice, if your PSU can handle it, would be an R9 270. It has much better BF4 performance (http://anandtech.com/bench/product/1130?vs=1080), & it's currently the Tom's Hardware pick for sub-$200 mid-range cards.
