Buying the R9 380 Internationally ?

So the r9 380 just came out , and it was the perfect card to buy ( fits my seasonic 520w PSU and a good upgrade from my 750 Ti ) , seemingly from what i read.
But when i wanted to order an R9 380 4gb from amazon , it tells me that it can't be shipped to my location , that really killed my joy. So i want to know is there are any other stores that can sell this card and ship internationally? Or is it possible that i pay somebody from the US to buy it and then i pay him so he can ship it to my address? is it possible? Btw i live in israel.

Okay that seems very promising , but i have a few questions i hope you have an answer for.

How much do i have to pay? For example the graphics card costs $245 , what else do i have to pay for? I know there is a $5 fee at first to register for service , and what about tax? do i pay tax when it reaches to israel? and how can i avoid it if so?

don't know about that when i sign up it was free back then...
well go click the "Service and support" then "Shipping Rates + Fees" (in the left side) and i remember correctly they can ship some parcel as gift as to avoid taxes. if you already sign up...you can call or email or chat to confirm what i said.
btw there is also a shipping and fee calculator but you have to be sign up to use it.

Yeah i noticed that on the main page "calculator" i calculated everything and it seems a fair price , tax is included but still a good price. There is only one problem , in the estimated weight bar , i was not sure what to put in , The graphics card itself weights 3.8 lb while the "shipping weight" is specified as 3 lb , do i add those both numbers or just the highest one?
