When should i have gotten\get my Witcher 3 and Batman Arkham Knight Game Codes That i bought Bundled with my MSI GTX 970?

so my question is: How Long is it supposed to take to receive my Witcher 3 and Batman Arkham Knight Game Codes That Were Bundled With NVIDIAs 900 series cards?

so around May 16th i ordered through amazon an MSI GTX 970.
this is arround the time that there was a deal where you would get Both Witcher 3 Wild Hunt and Batman Arkham Knight.

i recieved the card around May 24-26.
but still havent recieved anything related to the game codes by mail or at all (to be more specific)

Now over a month since i ordered the Video Card and i havnt gotten any responses.

is it normal for it to take this long? if so when should i expect it? or is it a problem and i should have gotten the codes already?

update: ALSO I HEARD THAT THERE IS A DIFFERENT WAY IM SUPPOSED TO GET THE CARD NOT FROM EMAIL?

hey man i know exactly what to do. i was saying the same thing to myself for the ubisoft deal end of last year.
Ok so on the SIDE of the box of your graphics card there should be a sticker with numbers on it. This is what u use to get ur game.

1st: This is the specific msi page for the promotion. http://event.msi.com/vga/2015/nv_batmanAK/tw_apac_index.html it tells u what to do
2nd: enter information that will be asked from that sticker. (You might have to send them your digital receipt from amazon as well)
3rd: Give them roughly a week and then u should be all good!

If it was from amazon, did you buy from amazon directly?
The code should have been sent via email within 1-2 business day from where you placed the order. Or there are no more codes to give out.
I don't remember when the promo ended but it is now unlikely to get the codes for it. You could possibly get the batman as the promo for that game is still running but you have to go through Amazon customer service for that.
There is no card with the product key with the promo. You are supposed to get the product key from email from the retailer that was selected to give out this promo.

Sadly we are probably late. MSI site says PROMOTION DATES : JUNE 1ST TO JULY 15TH so it's probably not possible to get it anymore. That's weird, there's nothing about how to get the game in/on the box and seller doesn't give any information regarding that either. I thought you are supposed to get the game automatically with the product IF it's still available in stock.
