Hi everyone,

I just put my machine together.
However, when I power my machine, I get error 19, then 60 (quickly, in that order) and then 67.
Do you have any idea what the problem could be?

Thanks

Hi,
I'm Davis from ASRock HQ TSD.

We provide few ways for you to verify.
1.Please refer below link to clear CMOS and use BIOS default setting. http:// (see P.21 in user manual)
2.Please only install necessary devices(CPU, fan, one memory, VGA card, power) for narrowing the problem.
3.Please install one memory to every DIMM for try.
4.Please check whether the pins bent in CPU socket.
5.If you have another suitable CPU and memory, please change them for verify.
If the symptom still exist, please provide the detail system configuration to us for further checking.

Thanks a lot !!

Hi Davis,

Thanks for your help.

I found the issue by installing only one memory to the first DIMM (as you sort of suggest).
Then things worked out and I could actually install all my memory (4X8GB) in the first DIMM.
It seems that the second DIMM does not work.
The main problem is that I can only get dual channel configuration now, instead of quad channel.
Moreover, if I need to upgrade I'd be stuck.
In general, I am quite unhappy with the problem.
Should I further test my discovery in any other way or just return it?
Btw, I have an i7-5930k processor.

Cheers
