I have already purchased a sapphire r9 270x graphics card for 130 dollars and a Deepcool Kendomen case for 40 dollars. I've also acquired a WD 1 TB hard drive for 35 dollars. This leaves about 350 dollars in my budget. I would really like to have an i5 processor. Recommendations for the other parts please.

You can't fit an i5 in that budget.

You can get a nice i3, which is enough for a 270x. You could also get an FX 6300 if you wanted.
