Skyrim Shuts down randomly ! NOT A HARDWARE ISSUE

My PC randomly shuts down when playing Skyrim. I can play even more demanding games like GTA V with no problems, but when playing skyrim I get a max of 5-6 minutes before I get a black screen and the fans stop running. It's not overheating, because my temps on GPU stay around 60 and CPU around 40. My PSU is brand new, So I doubt it could be a problem with that. I have tried reinstalling the game, running it on low graphics, but nothing seems to fix the problem.

My specs -
Intel Corei7 4770 3.4Ghz
8 Gb of PNY memory, I don't know the model on these.
EVGA Geforce GTX 650ti BOOST
Gigabyte Z87X - OC Socket 1150
Thermaltake SMART 650W PSU (I know that I have more than enough power)

If this problem never happened before the new PSU, it's likely the new PSU. I doubt it's overheating though, that'd be nearly impossible unless you were operating it in a desert.

I was not expecting a answer so quickly, it says event 41, Kernel Power, The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Could this be the PSU overheating, or anything related to the PSU?

The PSU is new, and it was not happening before, but it worked fine for the first month and a half with the new one. I honestly don't think its a hardware issue I think its just an issue with the game :(

Yeah, you got mods? it's the mods fault then.
Don't got mods? get the unofficial patches.

I do have mods, I could try the unofficial patches this actually started when I stopped using them - Perhaps its a fix?

EDIT: I tried this with all the unofficial patches, whilst playing, my Graphics card was blowing really warm air out the back, so I cranked the fan speed up to max. After trying once again, the problem consists. But the GPU temps are really low.
