What power supply should I buy?

I currently have a Corsair GS600 that I got with my 680/i7 system in 2012. I know in terms of pure wattage it's enough, but it has a crappy coil whine, it's non-modular and there cables everywhere that collect dust, it's loud etc. I am looking to upgrade to something a lot higher quality, and my budget is between $150 - $210. I don't want to cheap out at all because I know how important it is. I was looking at the Corsair RM and HXi series and some high-end gold rated seasonic psu's. I'm looking for a 750w PSU, because I definitely wouldn't need much more. Thanks for any help!

THE PSU mentioned aboved is based on the Super Flower Leadex Gold series and is a great power supply.

EVGA doesn't make supplies , the good ones released by them are made by Seasonic and Super Flower which are the 2 best in the business.

The B2 , G2 , P2 , T2 are made by Super Flower , the GS and PS series are made by Seasonic.
I would either go with the EVGA:

Or do the Corsair AX760 which is currently a steal at $139:

That is the AX860i but it is the same thing as the AX760 just it has the Corsair Link software and digital controls.

I can tell you that the AX series has no coil whine and getting a Platinum rated PSU with that build quality for that cheap is not very common.
