So here's the deal. I just purchased a new graphics card after my old on died. I bought the sapphire r9 280. It had horrible framerate in low end games so I thought it was the CPU because my pc is over 4 years old. After buying the fx 8370 and Uninstaller my last CPU my computer won't boot anymore.

Setup:
Asus m5a97 Rev 1.02 mobo
2 Gskillz 4 gb ram cards
Sapphire r9 280
Cooler Master 1000w silentpro

Need help cuz my computer worked fine before all the upgrades from reflow in my last gpu... It's very frustrating

Solution
What was your last CPU??
See if you put CPU right in socket, you need to watch on gold arrow on CPU and on socket to be on same side and place when you put CPU in socket.
Have you updated BIOS?
Are all cables connected? There should be place for cable with 8 pins near CPU see if you have cable connected there. There is special cable just for CPU so see if you connected good one.
