How to remove Flash Write protected error?

My Kingston DT101 Usb flash gave error
This USB is write protected.
Have tried HDD tool, mUSB tool, cmd propmt ,disk part etc
Registery tool dont show storage device policies

Can anyone save my money?

Its on Fat32 . I have tried formatting through disk management,and other softwares but it is unable to format. Even if popup comes that format is complete, only the free space of flash changes from 5.2 gb to 6.4 gb but the data inside remains same.
I tried to change its read only attributes through cmd prompt. Even they are changed but still no effect on flash.
