I wrote down what the screen said.

A problem has occurred to your computer
dxgmms1.sys
If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any Windows updates you might need.

If problem continue, disable or remove any newly installed software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press f8 to select Advanced startup options, and then select safe mode.

Sorry that it's this long, I wrote down every single thing

Well dxgmms refers to DirectX, usually more related to the GPU, but certainly your RAM could be the culprit. Test your RAM with memtest86 to find out if it's defective or not.

Also, when does exactly the BSOD happen? when opening a specific program, maybe when opening any game or is it completely random?

Thanks for answering! The first two times it happened, I was playing Black Ops 2 zombies, then the last 3 times were when I logged into my computer. I'm pretty sure it's not my Graphics card because I'm using integrated graphics
