My windows 8 Acer predator that I've owned since 2012 randomly restarted and is now stuck in a restart loop. It was having the issue where it was repairing and diagnosing the PC until I used my Acer recovery disks that resets the OS and C: drive. Now it just restarts until the windows recovery screen comes up and nothing seems to work to get my login screen to come up, booting up in safe mode didn't work either. Any input at this point would help.

You can test your hard drive through the use of a tool like Seagate's SeaTools for DOS (instructions for use at bottom of page) which can check the health of your HDD. But I'm going to venture offhand the hard drive has become unusable. If it is the HDD, now would be a good time (IMO) to replace the HDD with an SSD.
It may still be possible to retrieve files from the HDD using an adapter or external enclosure so all may not be lost.
