How do I get my pc to boot up if I do not have cd or dvd drive in it

you will need to get an usb flash drive with at least 8 gb of storage place. you will need another funcional PC to make a bootable USB with an easy tool like the rufus tool , or the windows usb tool. you can download both safely from rufus site, or microsoft store.
You make the bootable usb with the tool, then you set up your new PC.
Before start you should put the bootable drive in a USB slot.
After reaching bios, you will need to look for " boot order" then choose the bootable usb. windows installer will pop up then.

I havent had a dvd-rom for about 6 years now. research creating bootable usb OS installations.
for windows 7/8 you can use the microsoft usb/dvd tool. though there are better alternatives. you will need a windows ISO (dvd image) though
