no, OEM windows is tied to the motherbd it was installed on esp if its Hp, Dell, Toshiba...
If it was an OEM disk you bought from a vendor like Newegg then you have a chance. Use the phone number given and when you actually speak to a rep explain that you have to repair your system with a new motherbd. He MAY authorize the install and give you a code but he certainly doesnt have to - so be sure to be nice.
