Does the Gelid Solutions GC-Extreme Thermal Compound Hurt The h100i or will it work with it.

I read somewhere that the GC-Extreme can hurt some types of heat sinks as i was researching this, This got me thinking that it will hurt my h100i and i would like to know if anyone else knows anything about the subject. Thank you in advance and if you can also link me to the article where it says what you say.

You Don't Need A New Thermal Paste Because The Corsair H100i Itself Comes With High Quality Thermal Paste So You Won't Need a New One And If You Already Used It Up Gelid Shouldn't Affect Your PC Make Sure To Use The Provided Speader

Actually i am pulling the h100i out of an old build which is why i do need new thermal paste but thank you for confirming my thoughts that it wont affect it.

I thank you for the response but the reason im asking if it will hurt the h100i is because i heard it is amazing and there is nothing better than it and with me being convinced it wont hurt it i have no reason to switch to the artic (i already bought the gc extreme)
