Please help me. I wanted to shut down the my laptop and it started to update before it could shut down and now since 6hours it

Sounds like it is caught in a loop. Only thing to do is shut down and try again. Your laptop might have some corrupt files, registry errors, software conflicts, etc. When you get it back up and running, try the update again. When all is working as it should, run CCleaner* and do the Clean and Registry portions both.
