Yes this specs will run most modern games, however don't expect much. it will run most games on medium settings ~40 fps.

Thank you! Right now I have 4GB of RAM with an Intel core duo E6320 processor and a nvs card lol. Is this upgrade worth it? Going from 4gb of ram to 8gb. Intel core E6320 to i54460. I have read some good reviews for the GTX 960 online i thought I could run 1080p 60fps i don't really care for 4k or anything above 1080p i will be perfectly fine with full hd and a good framerate. Is the GTX 960 worth the money? I'm satisfied with 30-60 fps as long as its HD I'm more into modding games btw.
