I'm looking to get a new video card for my pc. I want to run batman arkham knight and the new star wars battlefront at max or very close to max. However, I am having trouble finding a video card that would suit my needs. I was looking at the nvidia 960 4gb because I want to get a relatively cheap video card. Should I get the 960 4gb, 2gb or is there a better card that I could be getting? Also, I want to make sure this video card will last me more than a year. Thanks.

Resolution: 1366 x 768
Current gpu: amd 7770 1gb
cpu : fx 6300

Solution
pointless to buy 4gb vram gtx 960 for your resolution. if you want medium - high settings then just simply buy a gtx 960 2gb. if you want ultra settings 60 fps you will need a gtx 970, hoiwever in cpu hungry games your cpu may be a limiting factor for the 970. but not in most games.

There is no way to know for sure because the game isn't out yet. But since most YouTube reviewers won't give recommendation for 1366 X 768 resolution, I'll go out on a limb and say that the GTX 960 should meet your needs. I had the GTX 970 and played Witcher 3 at 1920 X 1200 ultra settings @ 60 FPS, and I was very pleased. You resolution represents only approximately 40% of the pixel count in a 1080p resolution. If you're planning to upgrade to 1080p gaming soon then get the 970; otherwise I'm guessing the 960 should meet your needs.
