Will This Power Supply Be Good Enough For This Build?

Solution

Not a clue where you get 500 Watts from the video card has a TDP of 150 Watts what they suggest without knowing the rest of your parts means nothing.
The best buy right now on a 550 Watt PSU when you get the rebate.

No. Here is why:
* The PSU doesn't have a 6 pin PCI-e power connector.
* The PSU doesn't have enough power for your setup.
* PSU has a combined 23 amps on the 12v rails, which is a bit too low, IMHO.

I have almost the same setup as you are listing, but I have a 550w Antec PSU for it (more than what I need).

I would look for a quality 450-500w PSU to make sure you have plenty of clean power. I look at Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, PCP&C, or XFX for brands.
