You are looking at 2 sets of DRAM, so there's no guarantee the two sets will play nice, if wanting 4GB sticks get a 4x4GB set (that way you KNOW all four sticks have been tested to play nice) or better yet, get a 2x8GB set which is less stress on the MC (memory ontroller)
