Thank you for your input sir, but istill don't know the difference of having Intel > AMD or vice versa, i know this is not the right thread to ask this. Ill just go ahead a look at it first.

So my old ram cannot be reused on to this system? Or is it because the mobo you suggested only has 2 ram slots and i need to have at least 8gb?

EDIT: So the mobo has 4 slots but the ram that you are suggesting is a 2133, Now i get it.

AMD is cheaper + Can be OC with good cooler and have similar performance in rendering and new games to i3.
If you still in range of your budget you can try go for R9 270, or GTX 960.
You can also add SSD :)

I also use this Asus mobo and OC CPU on it some info about this below, I uses older CPU * he support only 1866Mh ram
https://pcpartpicker.com/b/MKD8TW
And one more thing mobo for AMD can require bios upgrade before can recognised X4 860k, ask seller before buying if this revision supports X4 860k out form box or ask him to update bios on mobo :)
You can also update bios for yourself but need first some any other FM2 cpu to install on mobo to boot and update bios.

But when it comes to performance and heating is it the same? I heard AMD still has more heating and drivers issues than intel.

And also, im having a hard time looking for Antec 450W, is there any alternatives for this? Too bad the cheapest PC Part seller here in the philippines no longer has the AMD CPU, i think ill go for the Intel but will also search other shops as well.

About PSU take one from Tier 1,2 or 3 * 1 is best quality 3 is lower but still ok
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

About AMD you can also look for X4 750 or X4 760k if price will be low.
and this amd CPUs support only up to 1866Mhz ram no need for 2133.

About intel take cheapest i3- 4 gen non S edition and you will be ok,
for lintel also you need only 1600Mhz ram if 1866 is cheaper take it.

Also compare prices GTX 750 ti vs R7 260x * take cheaper they have similar performance
and check maybe you can find some discount for R9 270.

And link PC specification before you buy I double check everything.

CPU: Intel Core i3-4170 3.70GHz (Dual Core) Haswell Refresh Processor - $111.05
Mobo: Asus H81M-D PLUS - $61.14
Ram: Gskill RipjawsX 8GB Dual 1866 CL9 (F3-14900CL9D-8GBXL) - $68.92
GPU: Palit Geforce GTX 750 Ti StormX Dual 2GB GDDR5 - $145.63
PSU: Corsair VS450w - $35.57
Total: $422.33

So here it is, and yes its expensive here in the Philippines and your choices are a bit of limited. Prices are converted from PH Peso to US Dollars.

Yes Sapphire is even better :)

PSU is ok with exception poor quality capacitors * they not work well in high ambient temps. And PSU can failure before warranty ends. Link some other choices.
GPU any other choices maybe older AMD 7850 / 7870 ?
Try find cheaper rams, any other cheaper mobos to chose ? - link them maybe we find something cheaper with decent quality.

Thank you very very much DeathRabit. Yes i checked the net and they do give out discounts if you're going to buy a complete system with them. And for your info, that rounds up to $435.77 hahaha. I realized how much cheaper it is to build CPU's in the states T_T

Again, thank you very much!

I mange make alternative with price 15.980 :

I saw a bundle of the AMD A10-Kaveri-7700k + Gigabyte GA.G1.Sniper, its 900PHP more expensive. Would that be a better choice? Is the price difference worth considering to choose the bundle instead?

Since i take a look at the comparison of the two boards, it seems that Gigabyte has more features than the Asus. And also i believe Gigabyte is the leading go-to board when it comes to AMD system right? As much as i wanted to choose Asus since i love their designs and overall performance it seems getting the Gigabyte Sniper board is more practical, don't you think?

Asus company have one from best quality mobo, but this gigabyte is from performance level mobos and will be better for overclock your CPU in future when you buy better CPU cooler compared to asus-a88xm-a ( lack of heat-sink on VRM section on this budget mobo)

Mobo review:
http://www.overclockers.com/gigabyte-g1-sniper-a88x-motherboard-review-1/

Simply if you chose Gigabyte in future you can Overclock your CPU higher and also you will have better Audio quality :)
