I need ur help im finishing bulding a new pc and i dont really know what memory to buy I basically do video and photo editing, using Sony Vegas pro, adobe after effect and photoshop so far my system is:

i5 4690k
Asus Z97M-PLUS Micro ATX LGA1150
cooler master hyper 212 evo
Sapphire RADEON R9 280X
Corsair RM850 watt

And im planing to go with 32gb. but which one? there's so many.

Solution
If this is mainly for video editing you be better off with a 8350 and nvidea GPU if you haven't already bought the parts

As for ram the speeds and timing's won't make a huge difference to performance

Well i was told the AMD take more advantage in Sony Vegas pro specially the amd r9 series because the Open CL wish is the most i use, Adobe use Cuda, better for Nvidia chipset.

As for the memory if i go with: 32GB g.skill 240-pin DDR3 2133 (PC3 1700) I will be fine or should i go higher like 2133 (PC3 1700)
