gtx 750 ti ftw vs r9 270 how much is the difference in power bill

i want to buy a graphics card on this price range and they are same but i search some cons and pros in this video card the r9 270 is consuming more and the gtx 750 ti ftw is less consuming in power i play my pc heavily and my psu is 500 watts.what is the difference and what will i choose.I want to play latest games

I owned an Asus GTX 750 Ti until last week when I upgraded to Asus Strix 980. That card was a beast. I played Witcher 3 on Ultra graphics with 30-40 Fps and pretty much every other game on Ultra with 30-40 fps with the exception of BF4 which I had problems and I needed to put the settings on medium and the AC Unity again on medium. The R9 270X is better I just can't tell you any personal experience with it because I didn't own one. On paper it is better 100%. You should go for a Sapphire R9 270X if you decide to go with R9 270X or if you'll go with 750 Ti go with Asus, Asus Strix or EVGA FTW edition.
