Ok so I bought a rosewil redbone mid tower case with 3.0 ports will it work with my 2.0 header motherboard

You will need an adapter the USB 2.0 on the motherboard is a 9 pin connection, the USB 3.0 on the case is a 19 pin so you will need a adapter cable like this. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA2JX1MU4641&cm_re=usb_3.0_to_2.0_adapter_internal-_-9SIA2JX1MU4641-_-Product
