Hey I need help putting optimal league of legends settings on my new pc

I got a gtx 750 ti ftw and i54690 a 24 inch hp monitor with 5 ms response time and 60hz. If I put league on uncapped fps it goes to 500 fps and the screen tears. Do I cap the fps or use vsync. and do i add anti alising on too?

Max out all the graphic settings and enable v-sync. I'm assuming you play at 1080p.

No. Since your monitor has a refresh rate of 60Hz, 60FPS is all you will be able to see. Enable v-sync, your FPS will be synced to 60 and screen tearing will be gone.

If that's the case leave v-sync off. It causes input lag and the main reason to enable it is to reduce screen tearing.

... Are you sure with uncapped FPS there is no screen tearing? I played at the same resolution and refresh rate as you with uncapped FPS and had massive screen tearing. This was with an i5 2500k and HD 7950.

As long as you're sure there is no stuttering or screen tearing, yes. Also I would try enabling DSR to further increase the graphic detail since your 750ti should be capable of playing at a higher resolution:

Right its got an option dsr smoothness i put it to %100 but it started on %33 is this correct

edit just gone into a league game now and the colors look a little faded like less impactful if that makes sense ahh i pressed options and the option box looks smaller
