:welcome:
:int:So I currently just got a new motherboard, and for future reference, I want to get a good Am3+ processor that I could use for playing games on high settings like DayZ, Rust, etc.

I currently have:
Gigabyte GA-990FX-UD3
Amd Phenom Ii X6 1065T (Am3, 95w)
EVGA Geforce GTX 760 SC ACX
Crucial Ballistix Sport 4x4GB (16GB) RAM
Antec HCG 620M

Thanks!
:)

Hm... Overclock your CPU, if you hit around 4Ghz, its no to much difference compared to FX 8350 @ 4.8Ghz, and even on some games Phenom will be faster.

Here you have game test across many CPU generations + Gtx 780

I can say the fx 8320e (cheaper then fx 8350 and less power), will perform side by side without any issues, once you add a hyper 212 your still cheaper, overclock the guy to 4.6, and have a great time, decent board though 8+2 is a nice investment. and to overclock fx 8320e to fx 8350 speeds takes about 5 minutes or less, less heat, less power same performance
