Hey :D

Should i be worried about this? (http://tinyurl.com/ok9gamp)

It has been like that before (you can see the other video on my channel) and so far it has not failed or anything :/

Soo.... I hope there is some sort of explanation for this sound

Hope someone can help me :)

CX PSU's are notoriously crap. I would invest in a better PSU before it damages your system.
Blue screens are going to be unrelated to this.

Unless you want to cough up for Corsairs top of the line PSUs get one of these:

Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($58.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $58.99

Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA GS 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($60.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $60.98

Best one:
Power Supply: XFX XTR 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($81.98 @ Newegg)
Total: $81.98

Are you talking about the popping or is that just you touching the camera? If you are talking about the constant hum, it kinda sounds like coil whine to me. But I have been wrong before. The CX series isnt that great in terms of reliability.

If it is coil whine, it isnt necessarily bad, but just an annoyance. However, there is always a chance that there is something wrong with the PSU.
edit:
Is there any smoke smell/ burning electrical smell coming from it? Any blue screens or power failures that you have had?
